CU cross country: Buffs men, women sweep regional titles

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The Colorado cross country team ruled the NCAA Mountain Regional on Friday.For the first time since 2006, the CU men's and women's teams both took home regional titles and they will both advance to the NCAA Championships.
