CU Football Depth Chart (Aug 22)

I still like Slavin as the next "pure" tight end. Don't know anything about his performances in spring and fall so far however. More depth at the position is a definite need, especially with the type of offense.

For anybody that knows, why is Devaughn third anyway? Is it lack of consistency with blocking, catching, etc? Does he need to add more strength and good weight? If it isnt any of that, what is it? Im hoping he takes a big step forward this year, we need it badly.

The Depth chart is sometimes used by coaches to send a message to the players. Kasa, Thornton, Lockridge, Clemons, were sent a message, hopefully they respond.

I didnt pay much mind to where Kasa was placed, figured with the rotation he'd get plenty of work. Think most know the deal with Clemons, hoping it isnt that way with Thornton. I just asked cause alot of folks on here saw practices.

 Kasa showed up all over the place. He can play pretty much any position depending on the down (apparently, we are running some of that awesome BANDIT FORMATION CSU is using, but putting Kasa at DT....)
