Jim Leavitt's office looks about as one might expect it to look right now.The new defensive coordinator for Colorado's football team has been on the job for only a few months, and in a few weeks, he and the rest of the staff will be moving into their new digs.

"We're not as talented as what you would like. However, when I went to Kansas State, we had the No. 1 defense in the nation and not one of those guys got drafted. There's a lot more to it. We do have guys that play hard and want to do well. I'm encouraged."

He's encouraged, I'm encouraged. KSU defended much different offenses back then, but it would be great to see the Buffs exceed their sum with Leavitt at the helm.
