This is one of things Mac does that I totally agree with...a new coach comes in and he learns our system, not changing the system to the coach. We won't miss a step that way...though I don't have a lot of confidence in Eliot...the other 2 new D assistants I like, but not sold on DJ yet.

Agree. Eliot's track record isn't great. I'd bet HCMM gets pretty involved in defensive scheming. How the defense performs will say as much about HCMM's coaching chops as it does Eliot's.
