Dal Ward Damage

Just out of curiosity ... how the hell did Dal Ward and Balch get damaged ... they're on pretty high ground and well above Boulder Creek. Was it a water table thingy?

EDIT: Never mind ... question answered in next quoted post.

It suffered significant water damage from all of the rain, no actual flood damage. Basement flooded from drainage, academic center's roof leaked as did Balch.

And didn't Platai say the football field had great drainage?

what if the thread was titled water damage to Dal Ward? we would not know what year it was.

Ok so in talking with some contacts at CU and others in the fan community it seems like the consensus for now is that we let people focus on rebuilding their lives. So i am goign to table this idea for later in the season when it is more appropriate.
