Surprising take from you to be honest. I agree, if you digging a hole on your property effects no one else, it shouldn't be regulated. But when it does...
If I'm digging a hole to, hypothetically, bury a body, is that affecting someone else?

Looks like Shedeur, Shilo and Deion Jr bought CP a house in the mountains to “take care of him after they are gone”.
If my kids bought me a house west of the divide I'd consider my life to, maybe not be 'complete', but far better than I ever dreamed.
They haven't bought it yet, still listed.
Assuming that address is right, it isn’t “in the mountains”. It is right by White Ranch north of Golden off of Hwy 93.
Still awesome of them, though.
