Better raise that population growth projection. 7.8 million in CO with 4.1 million in the Denver Metro by 2040 is looking very conservative to me.
Montana it is then
One less ... pushing 77 now ... I will never make it that long. Go Buffs!
You might make it. But if you do, I think we can assume you won't still be driving so the extra traffic won't affect you anyway.
Can you imagine Phoenix with snow on the roads?
It's bad enough with Snow on the roads.
Did you know Jerry Robertson? Played Baseball @CU in the 60's member of Flat Irons until he passed in 99 or 98.
Sorry, but I did not know him. I am a transplant ... 37 years now ... from the Washington DC area ... Maryland Terps fan and I have adopted the Buffs.
****. Time to move.
Excellent. Keep pushing my property values up.
No kidding. Best investment I've ever made.
At least I don't have to drive 70 and 25 to get to work. So, there's that. And, maybe it'll have a positive impact on CU football somehow.
Prob not in your lifetime...
I'm young for my age
Right?!? I've gained about $30K in equity in my townhouse in 2 years.
If I got what the guy behind me got, it'd be closer to $50K, but his basement is finished.
I would think it's more than that im up close to 50% in 3 years
And smart for your low IQ!
Oh, almost forgot: Go Denver Metroplex!
Home equity keeps going up and unemployment's going down....wonder if there's any correlation/causation???
