I was reading this Buffzone piece, which suggests the team is already in Tempe, which struck me as odd. I guess the cost of the extra hotel nights is less than the extra flight? or that Boyle gains extra practice time with less travel time (not sure if there's an NCAA rule that comes into play here or not, if anyone has that insight, TIA).

I understand the travel partner scheduling, but is this extended roadie without a visit home something that Pac teams do during school semesters also? or only over breaks?

article also mentions the team is going to the Heat/Suns game tomorrow night.

We can only assume that after the performance in Salt Lake City, Tad learned that waterboarding players is legal in Arizona but not in Colorado.

Not a bad theory. Another one is that a performance like that earns you tempe, not boulder.

Perhaps he forced the guys to jog to Tempe. With a couple of nights in the desert.
