Watched (well, mostly listened) to the whole thing. From someone with limited (read: none) athletic background, was very interesting.
 
Interesting that if he had to program one thing it would be cleans. The olympics take so long to train. Figured it would be squats or DL.
 
Sure...and cleans are awesome. I still do them all the time. But he said his philosophy is, given time limitations, to move as heavy weights as possible. ..and the question is hypothetical...if you could only do one.

Yeah but cleans have the best translation to the football field which is something he talked about as well.
