BOULDER – University of Colorado lacrosse head coach Ann Elliott has added 14 freshmen to the 2015 roster.

"I could not be more excited for our second year,” said Elliott. “We have brought in 14 talented freshmen that will help our program both defensively and offensively, as well as in the midfield. This class will give us more depth and speed, and allow us to play a more aggressive style on both ends of the field.”

The new roster additions have come from all across the country, including seven from the east coast, a pair from the west coast, two from Minnesota and three from Colorado. The Buffs have also welcomed their first player from Florida to the team.

“I am looking forward to watching our team develop this fall and see if we can take another step forward as a program by continuing to get better every day,” Elliott said.

Pretty good breakdown of all of the players in the incoming class. This should be a very good year for the Buffs. They had a great first season and I believe everyone except one or two players were freshmen. Now they're all a year older and have a year of experience.

Seemed like a good class, especially for a fledgeling program. Several were HS All-Americans.
