Embree has lost this team...

OMG ...

just read some new stuff over at Rivals that indicates Embree & Company are beyond losing the team- locker room divided, upset players... this Crawley 'thing' may just be the beginning- house must be cleaned ... replacing a few assistant coaches isn't going to do **** IMHO-

This is 100% on Embree. All offseason it was freshmen this, freshmen that. Blah blah you older players better get the younger players(Embree's classes) ready because they will play over you. Ignoring 90% of the roster to focus on the other 10% is failed motivation

He is not a head coach... So far over his head he can not even see the light. Sorry the truth hurts. Players play hard for good coaches and at their age, they know a good coach when they see one. Lots of players that have left here and gone on to other schools are playing some pretty good ball. They were not bad players here at Colorado, they were not being coached.

By this time in the season freshman are no longer freshman. They know and understand what is going on. There has been 0 improvement. That is coaching. The youth experience only works for the first few weeks after that the freshman that have earned valuable playing time have learned enough and seen the game enough to start improving and making plays. That has not happened.

This! I wonder if the fact most of the coaches are ex-pros is hurting us. There must be a big difference coaching pros v freshmen.
