The whole point is that Tebow had great talent around him, Sefo hasn't.

Bringing Tebow into the conversation is way off base. And your analogy has so many holes in it, that it is not funny. Tebow is the exact opposite of your point... Kyle Orton who most would say was a better QB(from a passing standpoint) than Tebow was 1-4 as the starter - while Tebow was 7-4 with the same surrounding cast. Champ Bailey said the defense knew if they could keep the game within a TD that Tebow would find a way to squeeze out a win. Tebow actually shows there is more to the QB position than just passing - it is leading your team to victory someway/somehow.
Sefo needs to rise in the big moments - so far that has not happened.
