I looked up some interviews of coaching candidates on you tube and these would be my "1st impressions"/rankings if I was an AD conducting a round of interviews.
1. Mike Bellotti - sharp football guy, good fit for Pac-10, will end up at ASU
2. Coach Mac - by far the most inspirational man, maybe too inspirational (religious)...
3. Troy Calhoun - sharp, stiff military man, texan that's probably better fit for the Big 12
4. Dana Holgerson - intriguing, confident, might not be more than a great coordinator
5. Kevin Sumlin - cool dude, probably could recruit well
6. Brian Cabral - has potential, Mac's influence is clear
7. Pat Fitzgerald - cool frat guy, not sure if he's anything special
8. Brady Hoke - scares the sh*t out of me, either next Rex Ryan or Dan Hawkins
