FCS on Directv picture quality

It seems as if the picture is zoomed in, but if you hit 'guide' the picture looks normal, although quite a bit smaller, in the top right corner. Does anybody else have issues with this?

Nevermind, I got it, Pillarbox is the answer if anybody had the same issue.

You talking about the poor quality of the broadcast in general? Because that's a known issue whenever our games are on FCS.

FCS needs to stream from an iPhone or something, quality would improve.

I think they use FCS games to train their newbees before moving up to bigger games on better channels.

I got better picture quality watching Dan Pastorini hand off the ball to Earl Campbell back in 1977 then I do with FCS....

It's horrible.

Replays look like they are coming from a different era.

The turf is a different color from each camara angle.

This is FCS-LD. Blury is the non-operative word.

I felt like I was watching the game from the nosebleeds while I was blackout drunk.

Not that I have any experience with that or anything...

Good idea....I will watch N Dakota St vs BF Idaho.....much more entertaining....
