Ted Miller Much of Colorado's 28-14 win over Colorado State wasn't pretty. Like 10 penalties for 114 yards. But know what was beautiful, other than coach Jon Embree getting his first career victory? A 17-play, 85-yard touchdown drive that basically took the final 10 minutes off the clock. That's something you can start to hang some confidence on for the 1-2 Buffaloes. The Buffs also got the running game going, rushing for 147* yards. Rodney Stewart had 98 yards on 19 carries. Not a spectacular day for QB Tyler Hansen, but he threw two TD passes with no interceptions. Embree will take that. Also, the defense held the Rams to 243 total yards, including just 67 yards rushing. In a tough 13-game schedule, Colorado will take any win. Things get a little tougher next weekend when the Buffs visit Ohio State. Originally posted by ESPN.com - Pac-10 Blog Click here to view the article.
