Darrin Chiaverini relieved of his duties as Offensive Coordinator

That was HS play calling. Against a top 5 team. Safe calls all over. 1 ball down field all game. Refused to do anything to counter the pressure. Is there another P5 school that would trade their OC for Chev? His only skill is recruiting and he refuses to do that as a coordinator.

is this a KD thing or a chev thing? KD seems really content sitting on a lead.
ucla last year, stanford last year, san diego state last year, and a&m this year.

KD has partial blame fore sure. But there were countless bad offensive play calls - that’s on Chev

- Wildcat at 2nd and 14
- Screen passes left and right
- Routes ran short of the 1st down line
- The second to last play (before the Stanley catch) only had one option - and the WR fell

So many other examples…

Chiv has zero ability to adjust in game, and at the end of the day was an average recruiter when everyone else at CU recruiting was trash, so he looked amazing. Time for him to hit the highway.

Who the **** calls a QB sneak on 3rd and 2, only to follow it up with a QB sneak on 4th and 1. That is some Jon Embree level bull**** play calling

i'll have to rewatch it more closely if i can stomach it. the sit on the lead pattern isn't just a one game thing though.

We are playing our third game next week and really have no clear answer as to what we have in Lewis.
Well, if you call the plays right, no one will ever be able to say you've got the wrong qb. They're just looking out for their player.
