Former Skyline HS LB at Wyoming

In todays Times call there is an article on former Skyline High standout Gabe Knapton.

Sounds like he has a big chip on his shoulder about CU, although his story kind of confuses me. He says CU never looked at him, but he basically always had his mind up he was going to Wyoming. Then later in the article it talks about CU and CSU both looking at him, but not offering.

"(If) they don't want to look at a Colorado kid, then we'll show them what Wyoming is like."

The nice thing about all the walk ons playing for CU is that we get to use the same type of motivation.

Wyoming never looked at them, never offered them, and now they get to show Wyoming what Colorado football is like.
