This gives some real insights about his personality and commitment. My fav: when asked if he thought his dream of coacing the Buffs would ever come true, JE said,

'yeah, or I wouldn't have dreamed it'.

Anyone know why so few interviews in the English speaking are done in a Q&A style? It´s the same for the UK media, but they mostly have those written thru pieces. I find the Q&A ones far easier to read.
