Hasaan Hypolite announcing on Tuesday, August 15th. Has visited and Buffs among finalists.

Then we've got a couple JUCOs who have been here on OVs and haven't committed yet. Caleb Tremblay has been very quiet for the past 10 days. Greg Eisworth has also been very quiet (pretty much since his CU visit).

As of yesterday this is what Eastern Carolinas scholarship offer letters.

Scottie Montgomery and his ECU staff are bringing their best stuff this year with wax-sealed scrolls for the future Pirates. The offer is written in old-timey cursive, and each letter appears to have a signature from the captain, Coach Mo.
According to 247Sports, ECU did all of the customizing work themselves to avoid spending unnecessary funds. The paper, from the school's print shop, was stained with coffee grounds and the edges were burned by hand.
