Ha ha ... csu loses at home to DU 80-70

Saw part of the game on Root.

DU has some good players, not PAC12 level but smart with some skills and they are well coached to use those skills.

On TV it looked (and sounded) like Moby was more than half empty. Ends and top half of the sides empty plus lots of empty seats mixed in to the areas where they did have spectators.

Unlike against us CSU couldn't hit a lot of outside shots. DU hit some key 3's and some long 2s.

Yeah, not good for us. What might've been a good away win for us now looks a lot more...average.

It was never really a "quality" win in terms of RPI. CSU was hovering in the 125-175 range. I still think they finish between 100-150. MWC is now winning some games, but I don't think the conference as a whole is going to give the middle teams the RPI bump they got last year. There's some really bad to go with the really good this year.

Meh. It was always a major stretch for them to finish top 100. It dropped us one spot, really not a big deal.

not really worried about CU and this RPI stuff.... playing KU, Okie St, Zona twice, UCLA twice and Oregon twice is strong enough- as long as CU wins 20+ games they will be dancing-

I think many are of the hope that this is the year we get beyond simply making the dance as a double digit seed.

Eh. Don't give a **** bout them anymore. If we had lost it would have been terrible. Not so bad now. At this point in the season, we have the ability to make our own path and avoid any bubble discussion.

We only play Oregon once, but good point.

CSewe sucks so bad that they lost a basketball game at home to a hockey school. Udofia is a stud though, no doubt.

Looks like CSU has a budding rivalry in basketball. Now if only DU would start to field a football team.

We only drew the ducks at home this year - which is good because we dont have roberson to win the game for us on a last second shot or tip-in.

Just goes to show that they throw absolutely everything they have against CU every time. Which is surprising because they are our Super Bowl. Guess their absolute best just isn't good enough.

Denver U is the same size as Butler U and they made 2 championships in a row, so they are definitely similar losses.
