I've heard it is amazing. I might have passed it by, but I also hear that dev team hired on the quest designer from Witcher 3. Unfortunately it is a PS4 exclusive.... Argh
also has my attention. I think I'm about to beat dragon age inquisition too, so perfect timing... i'm looking forward to it on the ps4 pro.
If I could figure out a way to get my X1 controller to work on a PS4, then I would consider buying a PS4 for this and Bloodborne
Dell has a crazy deal right now. No idea when it ends. Two games (Uncharted 4, XCOM 2) PS4 slim for $229 and free shipping
I am playing Dark Souls 1 on PC with my xbox 360 controller and it really is better than PS4 controller. Has the Xbox one controller changed from the 360? Not sure if it is worth the $39 for it.
It is slightly different. Trigger buttons are much better.
I have a new gaming machine coming soon anyway
Does Dragon Age get better? I played through the first 30 minutes or so and was bored out of my mind.
Yes. Much. Took a couple hours to build momentum.
Looks kind of like an mmo in the first video, is it?
Glad you posted this. I've been waiting to get a ps4, this might be a good time!
I preordered this one. I like that Amazon gives you 20% discount for prime members. I will update on how this game is this week.
As of the time of this posting Lirik has 50,000 people watching him play this game.
Have it preordered. Looks like Far Cry Primal in the Avatar universe.
The hype for this game is justified.
I was playing with photo mode. Game is amazing. I am attached to the main character.
It's like a best of Uncharted, Witcher, Far Cry and Mass Effect.
Umm, ok. I may just buy it.
I don't have the money at all, but I'm over here seriously contemplating buying a PS4 to play it.
the graphics in dragon age were amazing (background only, characters had issues). I can't even imagine how bad ass these zero dawn ones are going to be on the ps4 pro.
WELP. Yolo picked it up with jens glowing recommendation. Gonna try not to spend money on video games until summer now lol.
What's the difference between the ps4 pro and a ps4? Is it gb's, enhanced graphics or what?
The PS4 Pro represents a significant upgrade in power over the original PS4, at least in terms of GPU. The PS4 Pro uses a Radeon-based 4.20-TFLOPS graphical processor, a huge jump over the 1.84-TFLOP CPU used by in the original PS4 and PS4 Slim.
The PS4 Pro's CPU also gets a clock boost, but Sony didn't specify just how much faster it is than the PS4's processor.
Sony also doubled the storage on the PS4 Pro to 1TB
This doesn't necessarily mean the PS4 Pro will render games in 4K. In fact, that seems very unlikely. Sony's own specs state that the PS4 Pro's 4K video output can be from either game rendering or upconversion after rendering at a lower resolution, and most games will likely use the latter. Rendering games natively at 4K provides consistently superior graphical fidelity than upconversion, but it also taxes the hardware on gaming PCs that cost several times that of the PS4 Pro.
Doesn't the new South Park game come out this month?
And Ghost Recon Wildlands
Gotta get the new Ghost Recon. Also thanx for the info Matt.
Girlfriend is playing HZD now, and I have to say that I am even enjoying just watching. The game is beautiful. The story is solid. The difficulty seems to be just about right. The strategy in how to fight enemies is fresh. The UI is a bit busy and there is alot to keep track of so I could see that being overwhelming to some gamers.
Just waiting for Mass Effect Andromeda to get here so I can have a chance to play HZD lol.
Got a chance to play this weekend. Can confirm, game is fantastic.
Have you noticed the game is set in Colorado?
