To send a message to the Pac by going in and beating Cal? Most Pac 10 school fans plus Utah fans think CU is gonna be a bottom feeder with Wazzu when we come in (and for good reason). All the comments I've seen is Utah is a solid addition to the conference. If, yes thats a BIG IF, we can go in there and get a win, I think that would send a huge messsage that Utah isn't the only solid new member.
 
...and if my aunt had a penis she'd be my uncle. Let's not count the chickens before they hatch because you know what they say, "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em." So we have to give it 110% and make sure we realize there is no I in team! If we do that I'm pretty sure that the team with the most points at the end of the game will win. GO BUFFS!!

Oh I'm not saying we will win, I'm just saying how nice it would be to send that message.

Worked great. Losing bad guarantees this long nightmare will soon be over. A new coach brings renewed energy.
