When a basketball player throws for twice as many yards as your QB against a BCS conference opponent when you played Wyoming. Greg Paulus - 346 yds against NW. He is not good and resembles Cody in much of his game. a shed a tear for the QB situation.

stats say a lot...go to espn and check out qb ratings...interesting that Wyo's QB's are ranked below Colorado's QB....Hmmm quality victory there

The Wyo fans I talked to pretty much all said that the QBs they were using had no business playing D-1 football. There even seemed to be a ripple of excitement among the Wyo fans around us when Karsten Sween came in late in the game.... :wow:

Syracuse also has Mike Williams. The guy is a potential All-conference Big East/All-American WR. If we had a WR like that, well, he'd be on the bench, but if he played Cody's stats would be better.

Paulus was also a highly recruited BB player as well as a FB player. He had FB scholarship offers from ND and The U. Yeah, the guy isn't s a good athlete.

:yeahthat:

Paulus has actually been looking pretty good, especially when you consider he's been out of football for 4 years. I thought he played very well in the OT loss to Minnesota, although they limited his downfield throws in that game. And yes, Mike Williams is good receiver and 2nd-team all-Big East 2 years ago, but he missed all of last year because he was suspended.
