I'm thankful for the good finish to the class. We're still 11th in the average star rankings with a 2.76. However, that is only .2 away from 7th. So, not great but not bad.

In hindsight, I would have liked to see us wait to offer some of the players we got early on and maybe held off on a grey-shirt or two. The OL is the biggest weakness I fear from this class. I wish we could have landed at least one highly sought after player there.

The OL is going to get some kids off RS and GS/back from injury this year. The staff must feel pretty good about the guys they had that didn't play last year. Agree a big time OL would have been nice, but I think OL and DL are going to be the focus of next class. Just need CU to get to mediocre this year (6-6) and things should turn for us.

We were the second to last P5 school to get a verbal comment this offseason. So there is that.

My thoughts exactly. CU needed playmakers at the skill positions, WR, RB and QB. Huntley, Winfree and maybe Julmisse could be immediate contributors at WR. RB Bisharata will be a great addition. Webb should be an immediate upgrade at QB.

CU loaded up on DL last year, Tuiloma, Umu, Tonz, and Topou returns as does Franke, Lopez, DMac et al., but adding Jones, Davis and Pookie at LB should be a big help to a position where the numbers and level of play desperately needed a boost.

OL remains a disappointment.

I didn't realize this before just now, but the team rankings are now live. It used to take overnight to see the affects, but signing Winfree pushed us from #71 overall (I checked earlier this morning) to #63.
