Don't know if this was covered yet, or how many of you care...but Jabari Bird apparently is headed to San Diego State. I thought Altman was going to make this kid the foundation of his program building...but I guess they didn't see eye to eye. Oregon I guess will not be making the noise I thought they could have this season.

My first thought was "Oklahoma's Final Four center has eligibility left?" Yes this should weaken Oregon. I don't know how strong they're expected to be but I bet that arena is an animal for a visiting team.

Don't underestimate how big bandwagoners Oregon fans are. Their hoops team is obviously pretty mediocre right now, so the atmopshere isn't anything special either.
