4* PG recruit who was the #33 recruit in the nation according to Rivals last season.
 
If he doesn't clear in time for this semester, I imagine he'd be ineligible for the spring semester even if quals are met before the end of the year, right?
 
Good question, Red Dirt. I don't know how partial qualifiers are handled in hoops. In football, you have to redshirt them and get them in good academic standing (for conferences that allow them).
