Congrats to Ms. (Barringer while at CU) Simpson (I believe CU Class of 2010?)!

A hugely deserved award after her great season, including winning the season long Diamond League "Diamond" for winning the worldwide points battle in the 1,500 meters and winning the 1,500 meter at the U.S. Championships, among many other accomplishments.

Other CU connections for those who didn't know- Ms. Simpson's performance has only improved in the last couple years after coming back to Boulder and having CU Coaches Mark Wetmore and Heather Burroughs coach her. Ms. Simpson is also a Volunteer Assistant for the Buff's track and field team.
