Bio: Jessica is a third generation Coloradan, and she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. As a student, Jessica was a Resident Advisor and a Hall Director Assistant.
After graduation, Jessica went on to obtain a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Ohio State University in 2006. She returned to Colorado to take a position as a Planner for the City of Aspen. She is now the Long Range Planner for the city, where she works on long-term growth and development policies and on the Aspen Area Community Plan.
She has a served on the board of the Roaring Fork Leadership and the Aspen Young Professionals Association. She is also an active member of the Carbondale Historic Preservation Commission. Finally, Jessica is a 2009 graduate of Roaring Fork Leadership and a 2011 graduate of Colorado Institute of Leadership Training.
