BOULDER — The University of Colorado volleyball team has signed two prep standouts to continue their education at CU as part of the 2014 volleyball class, head coach Liz Kritza announced on Wednesday.

Anna Pfefferle (Northfield, Minn.) and Stephanie Shadley (Lewisville, Texas) have each signed National Letters of Intent to play for the Buffaloes next season.

“We are excited to be adding two very dynamic athletes to our 2014 roster in Steph and Anna,” Kritza said. “These student-athletes embody what we strive to recruit at CU, through their commitment to academics and competitive athletics. We are very happy to start off our fall signing period with two athletes that have shined in their prep and club careers and have incredibly bright futures awaiting them here at Colorado.”
