We hit up four-star Washington athlete Austin Joyner pretty hard as he decommitted from the Huskies and visted Boulder unofficially. He said he liked his time with the Buffs, but later gave a verbal to Washington State less than two weeks later. So it goes in recruiting. He can ball, if he ends up with the Cougars and plays defensive back, he’ll be a weapon on the Pac-12.
“It went really good. I wasn’t really expecting it to be as nice as it was out there. When I think Colorado I think snow and that kind of stuff.” — Austin Joyner
