Winthrop comes in at 2-3, with the most recent result being an 18-5 loss to Oregon. Buffs host that Oregon team on Sunday at noon.
 
This sounds like the equivalent of the football team going on the road and beating USC then coming home to play Idaho State.

I don't think that the poke check is legal in the women's game (or other checks) if into the person rather than the stick head. So they don't get their hands beat up as much.

Good Lord. I just opened the stream a minute ago and saw the ninth and tenth goals. Seems like the Buffs are scoring at will.
