We all love Embree and he wasn't fired cause he was black. Straight up, the guy isn't ready to be a head coach. Proof is right there, it was getting worse not better. As far as Mac, what happened to motivate not alienate? Bringing up Hawk was crap. Maybe, just maybe, the AD learned their lesson. Who is to say the next coach won't be black? The AD made the right move IMHO and yes it was a hard one. You couldn't find me a CU fan that wanted it to end this way and didnt want Embree to hit it big. The rest sounded like my 9 year old bitching he didn't get his way.

Mac stated that he was a Buff for life, until this happened. As much as it saddens me, that is probably a good thing, this whole mess needs to be over. I can honestly say that my namesake would have never done anything like this, he would have handled this with class, Mac should take some lessons from the example Eddie set.

That has been the number one problem for me in this whole thing: bringing up giving too much time to Hawk. It was obvious to any impartial observer that Embo was not getting the job done, and that the learning curve was too steep for him. What was to be gained by making the same mistake twice? My old man said more times than I care to count, "Two wrongs don't make a right".
Mac, CJ, Al, Klatt, et al, please take a deep breath and a Xanax, and stfu.
