Baylor Regent Neal "Buddy" Jones

He is an attorney, former member of the Texas legislature, and founding member of Hillco, an Austin lobbying group. http://www.hillcopartners.com/content/about-us

Along win Ken Starr, Baylor regent Buddy Jones made an appearance in this weekend's drama.
The Baylor BBS Baylorfans.com has a telling thread about Buddy Jones.

http://www.baylorfans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=66840

Basically he was behind a third party group called "Friends of Baylor" who was not associated with the Baylor Alumni Association. He created his own database using the BU alumni directory to conduct his business. And now he is a Regent.
