Must win game for the Buffs today. Need to get to 2-1 on the road in the Big 12 and get the team as confident as possible heading into our sold out Tuesday night game at the Keg versus undefeated Kansas.
 
I agree - we NEED this win. I didn't care about NU, because they're a good team - it wasn't a bad loss. OU though...they're going to really struggle, and if we play ourselves onto the bubble, losses to weak teams like OU hurt. We already have USF and Harvard...we don't need more of these. Losses at any other Big 12 school outside of Tech is acceptable...We have to take care of OU and Tech in their arenas.
 
Yes - have to take care of the must win games. CU, as a team on the rise, can have good wins dismissed more easily if they follow them with drops in perceived winnable games. Go Buffs!
 
i sure hope the force is with us today... keys to the game include levi bullseyeing womprats from the top of the key...we need to freeze out the lane like hoth in the middle of the night and defend like ewoks on endor... we need to rebound like skywalker did after he lost his hand... and we need to play above the rim like we got boba fetts rocket pack

Nice run by the Buffs to get this to 13-13. We're getting some foul calls today, too. Unlike that homer job we saw in Lincoln.
 
Man, Roberson is THE MAN!! Six straight. I love how we are working it down inside on OU. Should open up Burks and Higgins later.

Roberson with 6 straight points for a 19-15 Buffs lead. 9 minutes left in the half.
 
get up on OU by 8-10, and they can't come back. they don't have the scoring capacity or D imo and they are used to losing. 1-12 in their last 13 conference games dating back to last season!

Everytime it looks like we are ready to make a run and extend a lead we start taking stupid assed shots or make stupid assed turn overs. Then OU hits some ****ing 30 ft. rainbow.
 
Burks has played like ass since the Mizzou game. It's like he read his press clippings.
 
What happened to them crashing the boards. Is Roberson the only one that knows how to rebound. Seriously. This is rediculous. They should be chewing OU up. Good grief. it looks like they are not playing with passion or anything.

All they want to do is shoot ****ing jump shots, even though they are totally stone cold. Just look at Higgins with room to drive to about 10 feet, backing up and jacking up two straight 3s that were WAY off the mark...
