It was a good win and solid crowd. Should have won by 20, but I will take any comfortable victory we can get right now. Now let's end that road losing streak in Ames!

Tends to happen to any team that has a big lead. But I get your point.

A win at ISU on Saturday would be absolutely HUGE ... on so many levels.

that's true for us. i know a couple Missouri people and they are very non-committing on a response to why Anderson didn't offer. "he was selfish and lazy". they act like he was robbing the quick trip in jackson city to pay for his meth racket somewhat....but's thass how mizzou does. ever honest and earnest while everyone else cheats to win.

but KSU offered. apparently Martin wanted him pretty bad....things are weird out of high school if or when you are on the blue-ribbon AAU circuit.
 
Great win for the improving Buffs! Saturday will be a huge win. These kids are playing hard and smarter. Buzz has the program moving the right way and it is fun to watch.
 
i'll take the win.

like my granddad used to say about golf (was a single dig handicap for 40 years, legit): "it's not how, but how many".

right now, we need wins and not beauty points. loved to put they azz away. yes. i posted as much earlier in the thread.

we need 5-6 wins minimum in conference and an upset at home. post-season, what people write, the experts at the Camera doesn't matter....what we need is to win games at home and keep the fans coming.

sold 4-5 recruiting too. Higgins is probably back, i like Burks and the younger guys as role players.

Agreed. The big step this team needs to take is winning a couple on the road. ISU and NU should be very winnable road games. A win in Ames would do wonders for the psyche of the program.
 
Any win is a good win and a win over the team from the east is even better. As the rest of you have stated, a win in ames would be a big boost to this team.
 
Great win.

Totally out-coached them tonight. Gameplan took them out of their offense and scored as easily as anyone has all year against them.

Gameplan means nothing without execution, though, so big kudos to the team. Very unselfish effort tonight.

Onward to Ames!

An important win thanks to our defense. I think this should help the younger guys understand how a strong defensive performance can win you games when the O isn't hot...we only had 15 points with 5min to go in the first half.

Also, gotta give some love to Levi Knutson. Dude was the best player on the floor tonight. Scoring, rebounding, passing, defense, even drew a charge. Well deserved for a hard worker.

no dis to Levi, but 8 points and 3 boards in 27 minutes doesn't make him the best player on the court. good to have you on board Mrs. Knutson. heh.
 
Burks killed it today. He WAS our offense outside of the hot 3 point shooting. It was great to see him step up when Higgins was struggling to get into the game early.
 
I don't care what sport is being played, beating *ebraska is always a good thing.

So are all CU games that are only on RSN RM or Altitude blacked out for us who are our of market? I thought it was only the games that ESPN picked up on its FullCourt package and I didn't see last night's game listed as one of the FullCourt games. Or is it exclusive to Big 12 teams being blacked out? I was able to get the BYU-UNM game last night that was on The Mountain. :huh:
