Can we stop with this "unexplained" bs. Everyone should know why he was fired even if it wasn't fully "explained." It doesn't take a Woodward or Bernstein to figure this out. The timing of it might be surprising, but this shouldn't come as a complete shock. And as I said, the higher-ups probably didn't see the fallout from the football program that ensued when they initially gave him a vote of confidence(press conference nightmare, botched head coach search, and determining that MB wasn't the right person to raise the necessary funds).
