SIAP, and not sure if this is the right thread, but this should be supported and sold out! What a nice opportunity for kids.

Just stumbled across this free article at Scout (thanks Adam):
http://www.scout.com/college/colorado/story/1787542-solder-returning-home-to-host-camp

Several of Solder's teammates from the Patriots - including Connor McDermott, Brian Stork and Ryan Wendall - and some of his former Colorado teammates - Scotty McKnight, Ryan Miller, Jason Brace, Eric Lawson and Keenan Stevens - will help instruct the campers.

Proceeds from the camp will be put toward the Johnson's All-Heart Award, which is given to a Colorado high school assistant coach that is not only involved with kids during athletics, but also invests time outside the season to help develop successful adults.

Nate is the kind of person that makes a real difference in the world. Proud every time they announce his name with University of Colorado attached.

With his own battle with cancer along with his son it would be easy for him to step back and just take care of himself but he isn't that kind of person. The fact that all these other guys are willing to help out shows that what he says and does isn't just a show. He is respected because of who he is. I think some kids are going to learn more than football at that camp.

It's great that he's giving back, class guy. As far as him as a player, he's exceeded what I thought he'd be. I mean I thought he'd be good but he's probably a top 3 to 5 tackle in the NFL.

My kiddo had a blast today - coached by Nate and Scotty...
Were they just having fun, teaching, or both? Just asking cause I was interested to know. I didn't go to a camp till I was 13 I think and then 7 on 7 was born, at least in Texas. Where it started Idk?

Both. They did drills the fist couple of hours, and the last hour they played some 20 on 20 full playground ball. Super fun. Also, Mark Johnson MC'd the whole thing.

Can't seem to upload photos right now.

Priceless! Must be a Tight End, because the LT and WR coaches both had a part!
Not sure about that. I'm 6'4" but he's currently one of the smallest kids in his class (also one of the youngest, but still small for his age.

He can scoot tho...
