The good thing is that it will put pressure on coaches to have good success. The bad thing is that it will not tell the whole story and will also put more pressure on programs to lower academic standards. It will not, for instance, compare team gpa in relationship to academic requirements. So coaches with "skater" programs will look good while coaches for programs with more stringent standards may look bad. Oh well. Maybe CU will lower their standards so that whomever is coaching the teams will look good.
