Need former CU football player on search committee

what is to gain by not naming ALL of them?
Nothing - I was busting Dixon's balls. IMO, a former player is the only thing missing from the committee. I think they could have covered several bases by naming Joe Romig or the director of the C-Club.

Why would you put a former player on the committee, especially one like Klatt or CJ?? It would be worthless, they are biased and have already made up their minds on who to pick...it wouldn't be just, if a former player doesn't suggest Mac then they would be considered not loyal.
