New rumor for you

I think Kubiak could be pretty darn good with the right assistants. Kubiak may not have any recruiting experience, but if he was surrounded by good recruiters, then it could work. His name alone will carry some weight among recruits. Leave the charisma for the assistants.

With all that written, I think there is a snow-balls chance in ***l we offer him the job and/or he wants it and/or he accepts it.

We don't want Kubiak (as a Texans fan, I'm not sure we want Kubiak either!). If you are in the crowd that criticized Hawk's "coach-speak" then stand by for round 2. Kubiak runs the same stuff (lunchpail, small things, about to pop, etc).

If we go looking for a coach from around here, I hope it's Kevin Sumlin over at U of H. Not sure if he would have interest, but I think he's a heck of a coach.
