Start counting the QB's that Shanny coached to Pro Bowl seasons on one hand. You might need a second hand to finish. Same for RB's he picked off the scrap heap who ran for 1000 yds in the NFL. BRIAN GRIESE made the Pro Bowl when he played for Shanahan. Nuf said.

You think college players have 'issues' compared to say, Brandon Marshall?

Shanny coached in how many SBs without Elway? Elway was getting his regardless. I wouldn't hire any ex NU coaches either. I don't buy the Gill hype and Solich wasn't a good head man either. Both ARE good in supporting roles.

There are a ton of up an coming coaches, not all from the D1 ranks that would serve better.

I actually never wanted Hawk here. But I'm a huge Shanny fan. I did not want Pelini to go to Nebraska and I'm sure most ****ers do not want shanny to come to CU.
