NFL Mock Draft

Probably worried that our coaches have permanently stunted their development. Hopefully their talents will overcome. Good luck guys!

Regardless of how good or bad he looks this year, Solder's stock will skyrocket if he goes to the combine and runs fast, puts up huge bench press numbers, and is still tall. That's how the draft works.

Baring a major injury or some other disaster Solder is going to be a wealthy young man in the near future. You are right in that his numbers will be impossible to ignore or resist.

Especially if Al Davis still has a say in who they take with their top 10 pick

Bruce Campbell had amazing numbers in the combine this last year and Al Davis held off until the 3rd? or 4th? round to pick him. That being said, Solder actually shows up to play on the field on occasion so I'm sure he'll be a top 15 pick. Smith should be an early round selection as well.

You never know, Hawkins may coach the height right out of him.

Our S&C doesn't emphasize the bench. Solder is best taking next semester off and working with a pro to get the rest of his measureables up. I'm dead serious. The guy could lose a lot of cash if he doesn't do 25+ reps on the bench.

Once Solder gets out of the season (which probably will be earlier than some of his competition) then he will be able to "hire" top-notch S&C people, O-line coaches, and "combine gurus" that will fine-tune his already oustanding athleticism.

He will be a top 20 pick, as many teams are looking for a "franchise LT".

Whatever. Solder is overrated just like everyone else the coaches have talked up.

There, I said it.
