Official Game Day Thread: Colorado vs Colorado State 2012

Think that is a good point. We do not look good, but there are moments. Overall we should be rolling and this is discouraging.

There are no moments. We dink and dunk down the field and Jones can't break a tackle for a long gain.

Also our sustained drive depended on two fourth down conversions. Not good. We need to he able to run the ball.

It's a good thing that the Buffs crushed Frank Solich out of lincoln, and sent them down the path of perpetual mediocrity.

This game highlights everything that makes this game a bad deal for the Buffs. An opposing team playing with a chip on their shoulder is better able to take advantage of first game jitters.

Why is Tony Jones our starter? He's small, he can't run through a single tackle, he can't juke anyone... I want to rephrase my question, why does Tony Jones play football?

That was a crap call, he hardly targeted above the shoulders, put it right to the sternum like he was taught.
