The pace is getting a little faster then VCU would like. Looks like this one will be a good finish.
FFS way to miss the bunny.
VCU up by 3 with 12 seconds left. WSU ball but VCU will probably foul here especially since they have a foul to give.
effing baylor is next if we win.
That would/will be a satisfying win.
The talk among my Illinois friends is that the job should be his if he wants it.
Keys to the game as I see them:
1) Don't let the Rebs get off to a fast start and fall into an early hole
2) Run on O ... slow it down in their halfcourt with a smothering D
3) No serious early foul trouble to our first 6
4) Need another great game from Dre and Carlon ... without them we're sunk
5) Keep our crowd in it ... Mark Johnson said they we're already deafening 15 minutes ago! Hope they still have voices by crunch time!
6) Keep it close until crunch time and hope that altitude starts to take its toll on them ... and finally ...
7) Score more goddam points than they do!
