Bill Cowher.

He has coached a team in Black and Gold.
Has recruting ties in the south- from NC State.
Can clean up the Pennsylvania market for Colorado.
Beat a team from Texas and California in the pros so he can recruit there.

Mostly, he will drill a toughness this team hasn't seen since Barnett. These kids will be so afraid that he will spit on them that they will listen!
