Other games weekend of 10/6-10/8

The **** is Oregon wearing?

Apparently school colors aren't relevant anymore ... either that or the Dux are hoping that some of Cal's academic rep might rub off them if they wear that school's colors.

**** you Oregon ... and **** you too Phil Knight.

Did Harbaugh seriously just go for 2 to make it 43-0 in the second quarter? What a ****bag move. I get that there's no Nebraska for them to do it to this season, but that's utter douchebaggery

He did the same thing to Rutgers in the 2nd quarter last year to make it 29-0. Classy.

#23 FSU trails #10 Miami 13-3 at halftime.

I don't think a 21-17 loss on the road at Southern Cal warrants much of a drop, but being Colorado, we'll drop well into the dogpile of "receiving votes". If our name was Texas or Florida State, we'd go from 21 to 24.

Jawuan Harris caught 3 passes for 33 yards last week. He has 2 for 5 yards tonight. Those are Rutgers 5 completions the last 2 weeks.
The bottom half of the big 10 is such a joke. You can beat up on terrible teams to become bowl eligible

aTm finally managed to beat Tennessee.

Wyoming beats AFA ending their unbeaten string.

How bad does Michigan State suck this year. Huge letdown by them this season and now losing to a not very good BYU team.

Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota. At least 2 of those 3 will become bowl eligible. The ACC is the only other conference that would allow for teams of that caliber to even sniff a bowl game, let alone achieve it. The ACC has its **** to be certain, but the only one that's going to sneak through and get near a bowl game is Wake Forest (who, it should be noted, won at Indiana) and has the right mix of a 4 win joke OOC and a conference schedule with Syracuse, BC, Duke, and UVA on it.

Rutgers is a perfect example of why the endless conference expansion is a joke. Screw it, let's get Liberty U to the SEC while we're at it.
