Pac-12 finalizes plans for one national, six regional networks

Two months after making history with the largest college media rights deal in history, the Pac-12 Conference today announced a partnership with four of the nation's leading cable companies to form one national network and six regional networks, including one focused on the mountain region that is home to Colorado and Utah.

Oh man, this is priceless.

Scott said the conference is committed to providing HD quality on the networks. Not having HD programming from the beginning was a major criticism of The Mtn, the network started by the Mountain West Conference.
