So who deserves a helmet sticker for a job well done? Brandin Cooks, WR, Oregon State: Cooks was the best player on the field in Corvallis, decisively winning his battle with Colorado WR Paul Richardson in the Beavers' 44-17 victory. Cooks caught 9 passes for 168 yards -- 18.7 yards per catch -- with two touchdowns. He also rushed five times for 47 yards. Sean Mannion, QB, Oregon State: Cooks was brilliant, but Mannion threw six touchdown passes, a new team record.
