Which teams will be better this year? Which will be worse?

Pac-12 South2013 Record2014: Better or Worse?
Arizona State10-4 (8-1)
UCLA10-3 (6-3)
USC10-4 (6-3)
Arizona8-5 (4-5)
Utah5-7 (2-7)
Colorado4-8 (1-8)
Pac-12 North
Stanford11-3 (7-2)
Oregon11-2 (7-2)
Washington9-4 (5-4)
Oregon State7-6 (4-5)
Washington State6-7 (4-5)
Cal1-11 (0-9)

Here's my early guess:

Better
UCLA
Arizona
Colorado
Oregon
Washington
Cal

Worse
Arizona State
USC
Utah
Stanford
Oregon State
Washington State

Frankly, most of these would have been "about the same" if I'd made that an option. But I wanted to force it. The team I think will be most improved is UCLA. On the other side, I think USC takes a bit of a nose dive in Sark's first year.

Pac-12 South
Arizona State (worse - kinda hard to beat last year)
UCLA (better - but not by much)
USC (worse - kids wanted the interim coach, not Sark)
Arizona (worse - lost one of nations best rushers)
Utah (better - but not by much)
Colorado (better - Mac has them on the upswing)

Pac-12 North
Stanford (better - will win the PAC 12 and their bowl game this year)
Oregon (worse - but not by much)
Washington (worse - new coach)
Oregon State (worse - lost Cooks)
Washington State (better - should've beat the Ewes)
Cal (better - couldn't really be any worse)

Without looking at schedules or figuring out if the wins and losses could even add up...

Arizona is a sleeper for 10-win team. Oregon should be better, Stanford a little worse. Wazzu will take the biggest nosedive.
