Hopefully it will be addition through subtraction. It is a great sign for the future of your program IMHO.

BAMA is right on with this comment. The short-term effects will be felt but long-term and by that I mean by next year, this team will be quickly turning the corner. GET ON THE BUS OR GET UNDER IT FELLAS. THE PRIDE AND TRADITION OF THE COLORADO BUFFALOES WILL NOT BE ENTRUSTED TO THE TIMID OR THE WEAK!!!

whelp, this gonna be a lot of iron man football. Can you imagine if more injuries occur? Speedy will be our starting CB
Well, no one can contest that a) Embree has enormous balls and b) is all in at this point.
There are rumors but I don't forward rumors.so does anyone have a clue to as what happened?

Dude. That's not outside the realm of possibility at this point.
And what happens if Speedy gets....ugh I can't even say it. Don't even like that I thought it.
Understanding that this makes an already hard to watch team even worse, at some point the mind set of this team MUST change. For the last few years the players have demonstrated on and off the field an astonishing lack of discipline. The moronic penalties and stupid mistakes on the field have been mirrored by a series of off field incidents of varying severity. The entire ethos of the team appears to have been, do what you want and to h@ll with the rules. The fact that this corrosive attitude continued under the new staff was concerning. If this is Embree's way of teaching that lesson, of telling current and future players that from now on the rules apply and those that break them will face consequences then I am all for it. CU in the near term will not win on talent but on playing harder smarter tougher and more disciplined ball than more talented teams. This action must be part of the process to teach that.
